And the Lord Pressed Mute

Ok so I guess I've been talking too much while being sick because my layrninx (voice box) is completely dead 💀. So I've hard to make sure my voice gets a ton of rest 😴 which has been really hard because 1. I've got a really fun companion right now (Elder Furphy) 2. I'm a missionary and I'm suppose to go out and declare the gospel. 3. I'm a really talkative guy. So my last week's been really awesome and dumb all at the same time. I'm really trying to figure out the lesson I'm suppose to learn from this trial but I only have ideas of what it might be.

So this last week I dropped off Elder Seal and picked up Elder Furphy. Unless something crazy happens I will have spent a 4th of my mission in woodville! Which is great I love the people here. Elder Furphy and I instantly hit of off really well too. He was one of the first Elders I got to know pretty well and I'm so glad we actually get to be companions now. The hardest thing for us has been the fact that I cant talk so he has to carry the duo while we are are out. One of my favorite experiences with Elder Furphy was talking to this guy who was completely uninterested but obviously felt the spirit because he kept trying to light a cigarette, but he couldn't seem to be able to until we left. 

Ok now I have a challenge for y'all. Read Doctrine and Covenants 88:119, and then write down the adjectives that stick out to you in that verse on sticky notes. Here's the fun part, I want you guys to put those sticky notes where you think they belong within your home, car, or apartment. I hope you guys do that because I've really seen how much I like it in our apartment.
